Our Class format

Dynamic Warm-up -movements with small stretching periods to activate circulation.

Workout of the day- full body workout, with 12 exercise stations that change every day.

Stretching-Passive stretching to relax and recover the muscles.

Meditation- A few minutes to calm the mind and honor your body #my temple.

ARMANDO

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist by the Department of Sports and Recreation of Puerto Rico with more than 10 years of experience. Accredited in TRX and Kettlebell training by the International Fitness and KettleBell Association and trained in Mixed Movement Art under the Ido Portal Method.

Exercise and sports have always been an enormous part of my life. My father was a professional basketball player, I won a championship playing in Puerto Rico’s Professional Volleyball League.
